I graduated from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2005 after completing four years of study and passing the board exams. I always felt very passionate about Massage Therapy so while living in California, I studied at the San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork, becoming a Certified Massage Therapist. My massages incorporate a rich blend of traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue and myofascial release, trigger point therapy and acupressure. I often utilize a complimentary blend of acupuncture alongside massage therapy to support my client’s health. My approach to each body is unique, sensitive and thoughtful. I aim to unwind blockages, help to introduce more blood flow and create better circulation to gently bring your body back into a balanced, and renewed state. This allows you to sit, or be, in your body with greater ease and movement. I’m also currently employed as a nutritional and supplement consultant and can advise and guide you regarding nutritional questions and concerns. My passion is helping people to move toward a plant-based and plant-powered lifestyle.
I look forward to meeting you and working with you toward your health goals!
